Our History

Established in 1919, we've come a long way during our years in the property maintenance market.

All delivery of reactive services are from directly employed labour, wearing corporate uniform and in liveried transport. Supported by 24/7 in-house help desk and supply chain.

We are an ISO 9001 Quality accredited company, Constructionline, Chas,Safe Contractor, Niceic, Jib, Corgi and Rospa Approved. We are also members of the Federation of Master Builders.

Our Recent Hisory

2002 – Middleton Maintenance Services Ltd, including Middleton Doorman, is purchased by South Staffordshire Group PLC (formerly South Staffs Water), to compliment its Homeserve and On Site maintenance delivery.

2004 – Homeserve is demerged from South Staffordshire Group PLC to focus on domestic insurance. On –Site is sold.

2005 – Middleton Maintenance Services and Doorman Services are sold as separate entities by On-Site. Middleton Maintenance Services is the subject of a management buy-out and becomes part of the newly established Allday Maintenance Ltd group, soon to be re-branded as Middleton Group Services.

2006 – 7 The Middleton group undertakes an extensive re-branding exercise and establishes sister and subsidiary companies.

Since the management buy-out we have invested by buying a number of companies, establishing new branch locations, and creating entirely new companies, developing our geographic coverage and the range of services on offer.
