On the 10th July 2007 Middleton Maintenance Services Ltd, purchased the AC Service and Maintenance division of Auxilia Group. This is a strategic acquisition for the Group as it supports and strengthens the existing maintenance offerings from the existing operation.

MIDRAC supply the preventative and/or reactive maintenance and small works services of the group. Employing 50+ engineers to support our clients nationwide and servicing some 6500 sites throughout the UK the division provides a range of M&E disciplines that encompass Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and. Heating
Service –
Full 24/7 reactive service for Air Conditioning systems of all types from single splits to VRV/VRF and roof top chillers, on a time and materials, fully comprehensive or pay as you go tariff.
PPM –
Planned maintenance regimes to protect your assets and cover all eventualities are available from Middleton. Full maintenance, monthly inspections or annual health checks to validate warranty and ensure statutory compliance. At Middleton we offer tailor made solutions to suit your estate and budget requirements
Small Works –
Our small works department are on hand to offer technical support for the replacement and installation of Air Conditioning, vent and gas equipment. Survey, design and project management all form part of the offering to ensure the clients receive a timely and efficient cost effective service
